Who is selling

RoomCaddie is made and sold by Exit 2 Software LLC, Massachusetts, USA. The checkout, the card charge, the receipt and any tax are handled by our store, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. That means the charge on your statement and the receipt in your inbox come from the store, and the store's own terms of sale apply to the payment itself. They are linked at checkout. Nothing on this page promises more than the store does about payment; everything about the product is ours.

What you are buying

One licence to RoomCaddie for Windows 11, delivered as a download, with one licence key. Exactly what that licence allows is in the End User Licence Agreement, and exactly what the product does and needs is on the offer sheet and the supported-setups page. Read those before you buy; they are short.

Price

$49 USD, one time. The price at checkout is the price; where the store must collect sales tax or VAT for your country or state, it is added and shown before you pay. No subscription, no renewal, nothing to cancel.

Delivery

Within minutes of payment, an email from the store with your licence key and the download link. Nothing is shipped. If the email has not arrived within an hour, check your junk folder, then write to support@roomcaddie.com from the address you bought with.

Refunds

Fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked: reply to your purchase email and say "refund". The full page is the refund policy. Your statutory rights where you live are not affected.

Your agreement

By completing the purchase you agree to these terms of sale, the End User Licence Agreement and the refund policy, and you acknowledge the privacy policy. The checkout shows this agreement before payment, and each of those documents is dated and versioned so you can always see which one you bought under.

Age and place

You must be 18 or older to buy. We sell worldwide, in English.

Problems with an order

A wrong charge, a missing email, a key that does not work: write to support@roomcaddie.com with the name on the order. Payment disputes can also be raised with the store, whose buyer protections apply.
